- Stock options - eligible full-time employees of
the company receive stock options. Interwoven stock options have a normal
4-year vesting schedule. After your first year, you are 25% vested,
and then monthly thereafter.
- ESPP-Interwoven offers employees an opportunity
to purchase Interwoven stock at a discounted price through payroll deductions.
Enrollment in the ESPP program occur every six months. Stock is purchased
at a 15% discount and the discount price is guaranteed not to increase
for 2 years after each enrollment period.

- Paid Time Off- You accrue per year, 15 days of paid
time off to be used for vacation, personal time off and sickness. After
only 3 years of employment, this increases to 20 days.
- Health Club Reimbursement- Interwoven provides reimbursement
towards costs associated with health club membership. Employees are
eligible for up to $200 reimbursement per calendar year.
- Holidays-Interwoven grants 10 paid holidays per
year. The holidays normally include New Year’s Day, Presidents’
Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, 2-Day Thanksgiving Holiday
and Christmas Day, all of which are determined by the company on a yearly
basis.
Education
- Tuition Reimbursement- Interwoven will reimburse
up to $5,250 of tuition, course fees, and required textbooks for courses
and other educational programs that employees take at accredited schools
and colleges where the courses have direct application to the employee's
current position or within the employee’s logical career track.
- LifeMap- An award-winning human resources communications,
education and training application, which enables you to obtain the
specific information you need to take control of the events that shape
your life.
