Interwoven Logo Program

1. Unless authorized by Interwoven, you may only use the Interwoven logo provided herein.
2. You may not alter the Interwoven mark in any manner, including size, proportions, colors, elements, font, or typestyle in any other respect. You may not animate, morph, or otherwise distort its perspective or dimensional appearance.
3. You may not display the Interwoven mark in any way that implies that your Web site is a Interwoven Web site, that your printed materials originate from Interwoven, or that either are endorsed or sponsored by Interwoven. Your Web page title, company mark, and trademarks must always appear more prominently than the Interwoven mark both in print and on the Web.
4. The Interwoven mark may not appear on any products or product packaging for your company.
5. The Interwoven mark must be separated from your company name, mark, and any other company or product names and marks by the space of one mark width or one inch, whichever is greatest. Do not combine the Interwoven mark with other marks or graphical elements.
6. The Interwoven mark may only be used on Web pages and in printed material that make accurate references to Interwoven or its products or services and only in proximity to those references. The Interwoven mark may only be displayed on pages or screen displays referencing Interwoven.
7. You may not use the mark in any material that directly or indirectly disparages Interwoven, its products or services, its partners, resellers, or other related companies or their products or services; that infringes upon any Interwoven intellectual property; or that violates any state, federal, or international law.
8. The Interwoven mark file cannot be resized, modified, changed, or manipulated in any way without the express written permission of Interwoven. Only EPS files used in printed material may be resized. The minimum mark size is 3/4 inch in printed material.
9. The Interwoven name or any potentially confusing variations may never be incorporated into the name of a product or service of your company.
10. Nothing herein is intended to nor does grant to you any right or license to use the Interwoven name or any Interwoven trademark or mark except as expressly described above. You acknowledge that Interwoven is the sole owner of the company mark and you agree that you will not do anything to harm the reputation or goodwill of the mark or take any action inconsistent with the company's ownership of the mark, including without limitation registering or attempting in any way to claim rights to the mark.
11. Interwoven reserves the right to review your use of the Interwoven mark at any time and you agree to make any modifications to your use of the mark as Interwoven may request. Interwoven may terminate or modify permission to use the mark at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of the Interwoven mark no later than ten (10) days after notice is given.
