| This presentation demonstrates how EUROCONTROL,
the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation, organised
itself to change its way of publishing information. It moved from
a system with isolated Webmasters to one with networks of interlinked
content authors and content approvers, all using TeamSite. This
necessitated implementing change management procedures; the organisation
of user groups; the clear definition of rules on Web writing;
the creation and deployment of a strong, recognisable branding
style and gaining staff acceptance of the product on a corporate
basis. As a result, after this honing of our online communication
skills, the EUROCONTROL corporate image has been greatly strengthened
by its revised Website. |
