Experienced Consultants with an International Client List Join Interwoven
SUNNYVALE, Calif., July 13, 1999 - Interwoven, Inc., a leading supplier of content management software for the enterprise Web, and Lexington Software Associates (LSA), a provider of configuration management consulting and training services announced today an agreement for Interwoven to acquire LSA. The acquisition will expedite Interwovens expansion of its professional services operations
LSAs professional services talent and domain expertise will complement Interwovens existing services organization , says Peng T. Ong, founder and vice president of professional services at Interwoven. LSA brings a heritage of enterprise consulting with customers like Motorola, Raytheon, ABN Amro Bank, Lockheed Martin, etc.
LSA was founded in 1997 to help companies create quality software and Web applications. Their consulting expertise is in configuration management, process management and implementation, and electronic asset management and troubleshooting.
We have been watching the development of the Web content management market for more than a year said Cam Collins, vice-president of sales and marketing at LSA. The shift in focus from software configuration management to Web content management is a natural progression for our talented people.
