Over 20 Customers Turn to TeamSite and Dynamo for Streamlined Web Development, Delivery and Transformation

SUNNYVALE, Calif., November 17th, 1999 - Interwoven (Nasdaq: IWOV), a leading provider of content management for the enterprise Web, and Art Technology Group ("ATG") (Nasdaq: ARTG), developer of e-commerce and online personalization applications today announced a significant expansion of their successful partnership based on a series of joint sales, marketing, and development initiatives. Together the companies currently offer a tightly integrated solution of Interwoven TeamSite and ATG's Dynamo product suite to build, maintain, and extend personalized relationships with online customers. ATG and Interwoven will continue to leverage the advantages of open standards-based architecture ensuring further interoperability, greater flexibility and more rapid time to Web.

Interwoven and ATG's customers are under pressure to quickly launch entire eBusiness sites. These involve bringing together large development teams, many different Web components, as well as ever-increasing scalability and performance requirements. Among the more than 20 customers who have already turned to Dynamo and TeamSite are: Tech Republic, the IT community hub; LookSmart, a leading category-based Web Directory; and Tavolo, a specialty food and kitchenware online retailer.
