Interwoven Powering TSMC Customer Extranet with Real-time Visibility
to Orders
SUNNYVALE, Calif. and HSINCHU, Taiwan, August 21, 2000 - Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq:
IWOV), and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) (NYSE: TSM), today
announced that TSMC, the world's first and largest pure integrated circuit foundry,
has selected Interwoven TeamSite/BroadVision Edition as its Web content management
solution.
For over thirteen years, TSMC has been dedicated to providing semiconductor
manufacturing services for advanced integrated circuits. Their foundry business
model has changed the paradigm of the semiconductor industry and has been instrumental
in enabling the success of the fabless semiconductor market. TSMC's vision is

Included among these projects is TSMC's next generation Internet system, TSMC

activities in a timely and efficient way.

TeamSite/BroadVision Edition is a BroadVision compatible version of TeamSite
software, Interwoven's flagship content management solution, which integrates
seamlessly with BroadVision One-To-One. It extends content contribution beyond
the traditional Web team to include contributors from throughout the organization
to handle all Web assets from rich HTML to advanced application code.
