Interwoven Capitalizes on Regional Enterprise Content Infrastructure Needs With Strategic New Appointment

Sunnyvale, Calif. - June 8, 2001- Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), the leading provider of Content Infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Anurag Srivastava as vice president of Asia Pacific, sales and operations. Anurag is responsible for the establishment and expansion of Interwoven's leading content infrastructure business in the Asia Pacific region, overseeing the company's sales, professional services, technical support and customer training for the region.

Before that he was vice president, South Asian Operations at Parametric Technology. He started his career in sales with HCL Hewlett Packard India and was promoted to regional manager, before relocating to Singapore in 1993 to establish HCL Asia Pacific, a subsidiary of HCL Hewlett Packard Ltd.
