SUNNYVALE, Calif. - October 24, 2001- Interwoven Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), the leading provider of Content Infrastructure today announced its support for Siebel Employee Relationship Management 7 (Siebel ERM 7), a revolutionary suite of applications that increases employee productivity, workforce training and skills, and streamlines the delivery of strategic information and performance management. Siebel ERM 7 is a key component of Siebel 7, the seventh major release of Siebel eBusiness Applications from Siebel Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq: SEBL), the world's leading provider of eBusiness applications software.

Interwoven and Siebel Systems have formed an alliance focused on providing joint customers with best-in-class eBusiness solutions. As a Siebel software partner, Interwoven plans to integrate its TeamSite 5.5 software with Siebel 7 and submit the integrated solution for validation within 90 days of general availability. Interwoven will integrate its Content Infrastructure product suite with Siebel ERM 7 and other Siebel eBusiness Applications such as Siebel eSales, Siebel Systems comprehensive out-of-the-box eCommerce application that enables organizations to leverage the Internet as a powerful selling channel, and Siebel eChannel, Siebel Systems enterprise-wide partner management platform.
