Interwoven is working with leading vendors including IBM, Adobe and Artesia, for complex media storage, processing and retrieval, Virage for digital video encoding, indexing and rich media applications and Akamai for delivery of dynamic Web content at the Internet's edge. These leading digital asset management vendors will now be able to offer their customers a comprehensive solution that leverages Interwoven's core strengths including virtualization, collaboration and syndication of all assets in the digital spectrum. - Adobe's Altercast will allow customers to automatically generate and re-purpose images and graphics from within Interwoven TeamSite software. Source images can be virtualized within TeamSite to preview, modify and test changes of any asset in private virtual workareas in context of the live site. - Akamai EdgeSuite services is an integrated set of functionalities designed to reduce Internet infrastructure costs and complexities by off-loading all the elements of an enterprise's Web presence for assembly and delivery from Akamai's globally distributed network Integrated with Interwoven's Content Infrastructure, the solution enables customers to virtualize content interactively prior to deploying those digital assets and associated metadata to the Internet's edge.
- Artesia's TEAMS product specializes in capturing, processing and managing rich media assets integrating broadcast, print and Web-based delivery channels. With this new alliance, via a proven integration to TeamSite, Interwoven customers can pull in Web-ready copies for multiple initiatives and delivery channels by utilizing its unique collaborative model with its branching structure.
- IBM Content Manager , cited by IDC as the market share leader for rich media asset management, is the core of IBM's enterprise content management strategy and provides a unified framework for managing, Web-enabling and delivering all types of digital content. Through tight integration with TeamSite, assets in IBM Content Manager can be searched and retrieved within TeamSite's collaborative framework for further development and integration of all related assets and people involved with the initiative.
- Virage is a leading provider of enterprise-scale video content management and publishing solutions. Virage technology allows video for Web delivery to be imported into TeamSite, integrated with related content and syndicated as a whole-site edition into production.
