Interwoven's Core Content Management Functionality Combined with Critical Mass' Proven Expertise in Multi-Channel Integrated Marketing Strategies Enhance Customers' Online Experiences

CHICAGO, Ill. and SUNNYVALE, Calif. -November 3, 2003- Critical Mass, acclaimed developer of highly sophisticated Websites and a leader in customer experience management, and Interwoven, Inc. Critical Mass, a leading interactive agency, will leverage the capability of Interwoven TeamSite Content Server software and MediaBin Asset Server software to support the management of clients' online initiatives. Among clients served by Critical Mass, AT&T Wireless, Kaiser Permanente, and Procter and Gamble are currently using Interwoven products to simplify the process of creating, managing, and distributing content across their Internet initiatives.

This alliance will allow Critical Mass to continue to enhance and extend current customer solutions and Website experiences. Interwoven TeamSite Content Server 6.0 offers new, simplified user interfaces that are intended to ensure rapid, cost-effect product releases and facilitate the adoption of content management across the enterprise.
