Interwoven Helps Commercial Real Estate Conglomerate Protect Global Brand, Increase Employee Productivity

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -November 10, 2003- Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV), provider of the world's best-integrated enterprise content management software, today announced that Colliers International, a corporation of independently owned commercial real estate firms, has gone live with the Interwoven content management platform. Together with leading Internet services firm Molecular, Interwoven now underpins Colliers' public Website that serves more than 200 offices in 51 countries, helping the Company to enhance and protect its global brand and increase employee productivity.

Currently, Interwoven enables the local marketing and administrative staffs in Colliers' offices around the world to collaborate on and contribute content relative to their local operations through Interwoven TeamSite content server software templating and workflows. With this new content management system in place and 300 trained users, Colliers creates consistency that supports the company brand across its global network of affiliates and continues to increase internal efficiencies by eliminating content redundancy and authorizing business users to own content updates. Colliers anticipates a 125% return on investment projected over a three-year period.

Colliers Plans Globally, Manages Content Locally

Colliers was among the first commercial real estate companies to recognize the importance of local knowledge on a global scale. Interwoven and Molecular provided the software and architecture necessary for a successful rollout of Interwoven in May of this year in 15 languages across multiple offices in six continents. "Interwoven's ability to support multiple foreign languages - including double-byte characters - its scalability, and user-friendly GUI for non-technical staff made the platform a natural fit for this effort," said Howard Kogan, vice president of client services for Molecular.
