Top Interwoven Partners Acknowledged for Outstanding Focus on Delivering ECM Solutions based on Interwoven Technology and Strong Revenue Generation

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Interwoven GearUp ’05 ECM Solutions Conference – May 12, 2005 – Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV), provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions for business, today announced the recipients of the Interwoven Partner Achievement Awards. At the company’s GearUp ’05 ECM Solutions conference, Interwoven honored award recipients BCS Systems, Entology, and Micro Strategies for their outstanding role in delivering on Interwoven’s strategy of bringing to market highly-targeted ECM solutions for business, as well as for their leadership in direct revenue generation.

Interwoven’s market leadership is driven by ECM solutions designed to address specific business processes including web content management, collaborative document management, e-mail management, records management, marketing content management, enterprise digital asset management, intranet management, and extranet management. Leveraging Interwoven’s proven technology as the foundation, Interwoven partners also develop and market additional highly-targeted ECM solutions. The Interwoven Partner Achievement Awards recognize leading partners that have shown exceptional effectiveness over the past year in bringing new ECM solutions to market based on Interwoven technology.

This year’s Interwoven Partner Achievement Award winners are as follows:

BCS Systems – Based in Houston, Texas, BCS Systems provides middleware technology that
links Interwoven WorkSite with most enterprise application platforms to dramatically reduce the cost of document capture and retrieval. With Interwoven and Kofax, BCS created an Imaging and automated Accounts Payable workflow-based approval solution that has recently been sold into several large accounts including Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. We look forward to building on our current success with new solutions and capabilities moving forward.”

Entology – Based in New Jersey, Entology offers a wide range of solutions based on Interwoven ECM technologies, and serves joint customers including HSBC and the Widewaters Group. The company’s Deal Management solution focuses on automating collaborative document management processes. Micro Strategies, Inc – Established in 1983 in New Jersey, Micro Strategies develops ECM solutions powered by the Interwoven Worksite Collaborative Document Management platform. These solutions target professional services organizations including corporate legal departments (CLD), law firms, financial services, and accounting. An Interwoven partner since 1997, Micro Strategies also provides complete ECM services including design, integration, implementation, training, and ongoing support. The Micro Strategies CLD solution includes a rapid deployment methodology and integration services with a matter management system, third-party legal software, and storage/archive systems.
