By combining the power of Ricoh MFPs, GlobalScan and the Framework for Interwoven WorkSite and WorkSite MP, an enterprise system that enables seamless integration of paper documents into your business workflow is created. Users can convert paper documents into a variety of file formats (e.g., PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint) and then distribute electronic files directly to multiple systems and databases – all with a single scan. For example, users can scan a document, have it automatically converted to a Word document and then e-mailed to multiple recipients. At the same time, users can submit that document to your content management system – using the appropriate DMS coding standards. Additionally, with Ricoh's batch processing capabilities, users can collect documents throughout the business day and then process them in a single scanning session.
