MakePDF for Worksite integrates the ability to convert ANY printable document stored in DeskSite or MailSite to PDF files with the version and document relationship capabilities of Worksite. This includes all word processor and spreadsheet formats, images, graphics, e-mail messages, electronic faxes, presentations, and more! MakePDFR for Worksite provides an affordable alternative for converting DeskSite/MailSite documents to PDF files without needed Adobe Acrobat! The Portable Document Format ("PDF") is a file format that transforms each page of a document into an electronic "image", preserving the exact layout of the original document. The MakePDF products create PDF files that may be securely e-mailed, viewed, or printed while retaining both the original document and the resulting PDF file. With MakePDF, encryption settings control access to and alteration of important documents. These security options prevent others from opening the file and/or manipulating the contents of the file. MakePDF for Worksite is a COM add-in to the Worksite client (DeskSite and MailSite) that provides quick and easy access to PDF creation capabilities for any number of documents, including convert to PDF and e-mail in one click! MakePDF for Worksite includes bulk updating capabilities, where PDF files are regenerated with the most current version of their source document, and re-encryption capabilities, to change the PDF security settings.
