MakePDFR for Word with Worksite and E-Mail Integration is an affordable alternative for converting Word documents to PDF files without Adobe Acrobat! The Portable Document Format ("PDF") is a file format that transforms each page of a document into an electronic "image", preserving the exact layout of the original document. MakePDF is a PDF converter specifically for MS Word. A global add-in template is placed in the Word Startup directory during installation that provides the ability to convert any Word document to a PDF file, save the PDF file to Worksite and automatically attach the PDF file to a new e-mail message in one click! In addition MakePDF for Word with Worksite and E-Mail Integration also uses WorkSite's native Versioning and Document Relationship capabilities. MakePDF for Word with Worksite and E-Mail Integration works with Outlook, GroupWise, Lotus Notes, and MAPI-compliant e-mail systems. MakePDF for Word with Worksite and E-Mail Integration creates PDF files while retaining both the original document and the resulting PDF file. With MakePDF access to and alteration of important documents are controlled using encryption settings. These security options prevent others from opening the file and/or manipulating the contents of the file.
