Safe Delete System (SDS) The SDS provides your organization with the ability to remove unwanted documents from your system and still have the security of knowing that items deleted in error may be recovered with ease.
Documents that users delete using the SDS are stored in a recycle bin of sorts until purged by the system administrator. Items that have been deleted by mistake can be undeleted by the administrator at the request of the user. The administrator also has the option of archiving purged documents to disk or tape if required.
The SDS Delete option can replace the Delete item on WorkSite Menus
