  • Get a quick view in a single BlackBerry screen: “WorkSite Today” keeps professionals abreast of active engagements, their most recent documents, missed calls, and the day’s schedule while on the move.

  • Over the Air access to WorkSite delivers full metadata searching, folder access, document viewing, e-mailing, printing, and faxing – keeping professionals synchronized with the latest information and updates.

  • Profile one or more e-mails into client, matter, engagement or personal folders. Automatic profiling makes it easier for professionals and ensures all e-mail related correspondence for a current engagement is readily available to professionals and staff.

  • “Profile and Send” (PAS) allows professionals to easily select an engagement and a WorkSite folder to store e-mail within so all subsequent e-mails are seamlessly profiled and filed.

  • Integrated with both Outlook and WorkSite, enabling e-mails within selected engagement folders to be synchronized on the BlackBerry – document and folder changes are updated on the next synchronization and new content is automatically added and retrieved from WorkSite.

  • Recent documents can be made natively available on the BlackBerry. Important document sections can be easily referenced without the need for a faxed copy or pulling out a laptop. And, professionals can easily specify which documents and/or search results to synchronize and cache for reference when on the road.

  • View NRL shortcuts and attach NRL links to outbound e-mails

  • Both connected and disconnected capabilities; professionals can select items to synchronize on the BlackBerry making them available when out of network coverage. And, folders, client information and meta-data are accessible in both modes – enabling professionals to file e-mails or attach documents while disconnected.
