offers company-specific education consulting, learning plan design, course customization
and other services to support your Interwoven project initiatives. These services
typically begin with a telephone call so that we can exchange some ideas on
training needs and begin setting expectations. It's a good idea to have some
basic information available to facilitate this call:
What is your target group that requires training?
What is the size of the population of your staff requiring training?
Are the targeted population at the same skill level?
What topics would you like to have addressed in the training?
What is your company's preferred learning style?
What participation would you like from Interwoven? (assistance with learning
plan, customization of course material, delivery only, etc.)

Learning Plan Design - assistance with determining who should be trained,
what topics should be included and when best to train them
Education Consulting - scoping for what topics to include in training session(s)
based on specific use cases
Course Customization - rewriting course materials and/or lab exercises to
suit specific use cases, in-house templates and/or workflows
Mentoring and Coaching - specific topics that need to be addressed or reviewed
with a single individual such as installation and template development
